Use of the App

20Focus is a timer application designed to help you follow the 20-20-20 rule for eye health. The app is provided as a productivity and wellness tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Consult an eye care professional for medical concerns.

Subscriptions

20Focus requires an active subscription for full access. Subscriptions are available as weekly or yearly plans, both with a 3-day free trial.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account after the free trial ends.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Pricing may vary by region and is displayed in your local currency within the app. Apple handles all billing.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in 20Focus is owned by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any eye strain, discomfort, or health issues. The 20-20-20 rule is a general wellness guideline, not a medical prescription.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
